Dogs: $600 nonrefundable deposit. $60/month. No dogs over 50lbs and no aggressive breeds.
Cats: $100 nonrefundable deposit. $20/month.
1 Dog 1 Cat: $700 nonrefundable deposit. $80/month.

Residents will receive a bill for the water, sewer, trash from an outside company. Residents will also be responsible for the electric and gas bill. Heat is gas.
Yes! We have storage lockers available for $20/month.
